College Principal answers call from South West Trains

Lynn Lee, Principal at St Vincent College has answered the call from rail passengers throughout Hampshire and has agreed to help out South West Trains in their desperate search for drivers to replace those made redundant by some dodgy management practices.

Lynn has offered her services as a driver on the main Bournemouth to Waterloo route and has even offered the use of her own diesel - complete with the name St. Vincent in big letters on each side!

Now, the College us set to introduce NVQ Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Train Driving and Train Spotting, part of the continued development of community targetted courses at the College.

Commented Lynn, 'this is a superb opportunity for me to travel. I always enjoy getting away and this will allow me to be away from the College every day. After all, it's better than going to Ethiopia!"
